It's been a racket for years, and accounts for a good amount of our budget problems out here. You're going to hear a lot of state governments wailing about having the Federal printed-money teat pulled away. Followed by a sudden inability to fund high-profile public services, while somehow money for the usual useless crap flows on. You'd think we'd be smart enough to catch on by now.
