		<description>The prison system in California is an enormous racket, including a union system that throws a lot of weight around in Sacramento.  It&#039;s been a racket for years, and accounts for a good amount of our budget problems out here.

You&#039;re going to hear a lot of state governments wailing about having the Federal printed-money teat pulled away.  Followed by a sudden inability to fund high-profile public services, while somehow money for the usual useless crap flows on.  You&#039;d think we&#039;d be smart enough to catch on by now.</description>
