I think you found it, but in case you misplace it: http://habitablezone.com/topics/alien-abduction/

There's a general pattern: http://habitablezone.com/topics/forum_name/

I'm working on a dynamic forum list to replace the box upper left, and it'll reflect new forums when they're added.

Bigger question: Don't you think we need to come up with a protocol for doing that? It's easy to both set up a forum, and tear it down and reassign its messages to another one, so there's a low cost to experimentation. But I think anybody proposing to add a forum should at least run it by the community and respect the consensus response. Right?

And a great list it is! Very welcome addition. Thank you.

I see us as ants crawling all over this site, testing, taking sample bytes. :-)

Cool, Frank. You're getting a little ahead of me, though--I need to make the list of forums on the left dynamic, so it picks up on changes like that.

Categories is sort of an artifact, and I'd prefer you to use Topics for new forums.

Until I make the menu adaptive, you can always roll your own URLs using this simple pattern: http://habitablezone.com/topics/topic_name/. That'll display the forum set up like all the rest, and you can go to town on it.

I don't see a way to Comment under the new Category. I'll play with it some more. The delete button does appear for me so I can delete if you don't have that and want it gone. OTOH, I suggest we keep it there so we can play with it.
