Basically, put "youtube" in brackets, followed by the youtube video number cut and pasted from the URL, then "/youtube" in brackets. (don't include the quote marks.) Images are pretty easy too, if you use the insert image tab in the root post editor. That window also has some tabs for the source of the image, click on the URL tab and fill out the form.
