I consider this a pretty good acid test of a near-obsolete nuclear system under severe stress. They'll charge every last dime they can to line their coffers. So, talk about a red herring. Greed is greed wherever you find it and is against the public good. And while she is a Democrat, she's moderate. She has to be in Missouri to stay in office and there is some doubt that she will be able to. Typically, Kansas City and St. Louis, the large urban areas are heavily Democratic while the outlands are heavily Republican. It's a precarious balance for any politician running in Missouri. I constantly see her swinging a bit to the right on a lot of issues in order to keep in line with her constituency. She has a tough row to plow. I personally think she's doing a pretty good job.
