At least when I was doing public speaking. And yep, my mind always raced ahead of my mouth. And frequently does the same thing with my fingers, hence frequent typos. I can type between 90 and 100 wpm but I get lots of typos but my mind works so fast, I have to type that fast to keep up with it.
