		<description>I looked at some of his ideas.  Mostly along the lines of more &quot;stimulus.&quot;  A lot of people, including Krugman (another Nobel winner), think we just haven&#039;t printed up enough trillions and passed them around to the politically-connected.

Kind of like my idea of ending unemployment by government funding the construction of an Egyptian pyramid in every county in the U.S.

There are things that &lt;em&gt;would&lt;/em&gt; work, but there is no political power to be had in them.  So, they&#039;re D.O.A. in Washington.  Even Republicans can&#039;t get past the idea of &quot;how should government create jobs?&quot;</description>
