The guy is only peripherally associated with Nasa, and is a flake. The journal he publishes in is only on the verge of respectability, and some of my correspondents, who are very well qualified, are furious he's getting away with this in the MSM. I, personally am not qualified to debunk him, but people I respect are, and do. I know that's just hearsay, but use caution here.
