		<description>Not everybody involved in a debate has to know everything there is to know.  But the broader the knowledge of the participants, the better.

In my more cynical moments, I get the idea that for those who need to get re-elected on a regular basis, ignorance and stupidity is often more useful than insight and intelligence.</description>
