During the delay, amid hundreds of frustrated passengers, I saw only one person lose their cool: a gate attendent who slammed down a phone and shouted "ARRRGGGG". Otherwise everyone was joking in that "We're all in this together" gallows type humor or sharing the latest info and rumor. Felt sorry for the folks who escaped outside to have a cig, only to discover they could not go back into the concourse because all the TSA folks went home. Yeah, I'm tired, but I like humans today.
