What's scary is these observations are not works of genius or the result of massive research on my part. This stuff is right out there in front of everyone. These numbers are not from some obscure think tank document. They're from Obama's budget documents - things that have been online for a long time, and that theoretically everyone in government should have been studying. Where the hell is everybody?
