Also, Vitamin E protects against Lou Gehrig’s disease. It seems like the more we learn, the more we understand that the Federal minimum on vitamins is way too low. I’ve been taking E 400 IU daily for years. Most of my oil use is EVOO (extra virgin olive oil). Love the stuff.
