If that were true, Robert, then why aren’t they going after Moody’s and Fitch? And why aren’t they going after those in Congress who reported that Freddy and Fanny were doing just fine? Seems like the overseers in Congress should shoulder most of the blame.

I was mildly amused by the crawl on that video, disclosing the inconvenient truth that the DOJ has been investigating S&P since long before S&P downgraded the US’s credit rating…underneath the two gasbags nattering away about “payback”.

Of course, they couldn’t see the crawl. What’s your excuse, Lee? C’mon, man, the video you offer to make your case itself contradicts you. And the truth got out there ahead of you anyway–this is old news.
