Krill Oil and Lowering Cholesterol August 20, 2011 8:01 am Eri

I take it.

I started taking it about 3 months ago. After taking it for two months, I had a cholesterol test and my LDL had come down 10% or 13 points (from 125 to 112).

I may switch over from Fish Oil to total Neptune Krill Oil (NKO). You start off taking 2 NKO lst thing each morning and then go to 1 per day after that. However, per the article, I may increase the NKO and decrease my Fish Oil. I have to make sure my Triglycerides stay low.
