Drink milk? Read this! Use milk? Read this! September 8, 2011 6:27 pm Eri

It turns out my intuition was right again. Unfortunately, I changed to 1% on the advice of heart, etc. dietitians. I absolutely refused to do skim which is nothing better than colored water. Acckkk. I should have ignored them totally like I did with butter. It’s hard to argue with cardiologists but now I’m armed. “I can tell them, get out of my diet control! You don’t know what you’re doing.” Nicely, of course. I’m going up to 2% and shall work my way back up to whole milk so my taste buds can learn to drink the whole again. Fluffy cholesterol? How cute.
