Sorry but there isn’t much risk or effort in landing a job in a factory. Although the effort in this economy is far greater than it used to be.

Factory workers are not the decision makers nor are they responsible for the livelihoods of their fellow workers or the success of the company.

Factory workers can be easily replaced but those that take the risk and invest their lives and capital to build something that benefits society as whole- cannot.

Workers are due nothing more than their paycheck and benefits.
