One of the chunks of Zone data I’ve been carefully archiving, like some kind of medieval monk copying old manuscripts, is the account database that started with TikiWiki, which was the first time we required signups. I copied it in here so we could start this software already registered.

So, “if the new software someday materializes”, it’ll have a place for all the lost Zoners, and I’ll be able to send email to all those registered users to let them know that the Zone has made another quantum leap.

Yep, as far as I’m concerned, Zoners can check out any time they like, but I’ll move heaven and earth to see that they never leave.

Yeah I guess I miss the heyday sometimes but the Zone in any form is worth hanging on to.
