I'm not sure they have it on their website but they may. However, I'd place an order and they'd e-mail that they didn't carry such and such so I'd e-mail them back that I want Such and Such that wasn't on their site and they'd pack it up and send it. Shoot, give them a call. You'll have a lb. of the stuff in 2 days. They express ship it chilled so that the cheese does not have time to spoil. ACtually, if memory servces, I always receive it the next day. I love the Gjetost, too!
