Hey Lindy, so sorry, I’ve been computer free for the last day or so, haven’t checked in to the goings on here. robert demoted you, as requested, but I think you’ll find things are not that different as far as the interface goes. While not as straight forward as the Classic Zone that Was, this is far better than the DamnTikiWiki. I know it takes getting used to, but follow TB’s advice and get used to using things without the dashboard, then work on that. You’re right, we’ve had longer to get used to things aboard the HZ-Wordpress than you, but you’ll get the hang of it, I know you will. You are a founding member of this community coming back aboard as a novice (of sorts). We’ll get you up to speed.

I’ve been meaning to put up some screen captures to illustrate how to operate the controls but I’ve been so busy with the ten thousand things.

Start with the basic webpage, or “table of contents.” It’s what you get when you go to the address “habitablezone.com.” It has white letters and a dark background. From here, you can do almost anything you want without needing any of the more complicated “dashboard” pages. If you should have to change or edit one of your posts or comments, you will be tossed to a new window for a minute, but if you hit the “close and refresh table of contents” button you’re back on the main board again.

When you log in, hit “remember me” in the little box, and you shouldn’t have to log in any more for a while.

I’M HERE…trying to figure this board out! You all have had months to work with it, but this “editorship” is foreign to me. I like simple.
Please, …somebody start a new post for PODROCK to take away that privilege from me. It was easier to navigate this place WITHOUT IT!
I could get in, read, post and leave, not have to HUNT for something SIMLE.

As for your query; this is pure and simple TELEPATHY AND SIMPLE SYNCHRONICITY. Thoughts and ideas float through the ethers like music; and some people often can tune into the same channel and listen to the same music. It’s how THOUGHTS ARE BORN; as in the 100th monkey effect.
And now that I’ve spent 30 minutes just trying to FIND this board with all it’s boards, I have to go elsewhere. I haven’t got the time to figure it out.
