		<description>&lt;p&gt;In 2010 over a million people came into this country - legally.&lt;/p&gt;  That&#039;s not people who were here in 2010, that&#039;s people who came here in 2010.  Interestingly, this number hasn&#039;t changed much in ten years, except for a dip around 2003.

That 2010 total included about 68,000 from China, 3,000 from Australia, 66,000 from India, and 19,500 from Canada.

Maybe the grass just always looks greener on the other side of the ocean?</description>
