I swear Tom shout and even non-brand pre-wash sprays gets those exact stains out of my white or colored tees etc. I hate those stains and anything that comes out like that goes back for a rewash. If they have been there for awhile try soaking in Oxy clean or using the gel. If you are having the problem with other than cotton or mostly cotton fabric all bets are off LOL at this conversation between two guys.

For some reason they stick tenaciously to colored cotton, making a mark similar to what a drop of water might look like, only lighter. Makes me look like a slob. Well, more slobby than my norm.
