Then you definitely want to stay away from the reds! Reds are my favorite. I screw the rules, too. I detest dry white wines so with fish I’d probably go for something like a rose. Other than that, it’s red for almost anything for me. I love Riesling or liebfraumilch just for sipping or with dessert.

Ah hell, I’d go for Riesling. I enjoy it. Of course, we’d look wussy in the neighborhood bar drinking Riesling but what the hell do we care?

I hope they have cheeses. Some Brie and pumpernickel would go well with the Riesling.
