Not being a network specialist,I can’t say with any certainty what he can do but it would surprise me if he can’t determine who messed with your post, nor can I say whether it would suit him to do it.

It is a mystery to me why you wish to associate with people you consider not too bright and it is a greater mystery why you are entitled to special rules, like not registering an email like everyone else and the obvious deference to your raging paranoia.
