Tell you what: let's confiscate the <em>entire net worth </em>- stocks, property, you name it - of the <a href="http://www.forbes.com/sites/luisakroll/2011/09/21/inside-the-list-facts-and-figures/" rel="nofollow">Forbes 400 richest people in America.</a> You would get - once - $1.56 trillion.
