If you want a way to pass some time you  could modify something I did the last time I was in one.

I&#039;m laying there, drugged up to my green gills, talking to people who aren&#039;t around and in comes a comely nurse.  I perk up a bit, and as she&#039;s doing something to my shoulder I ask her,

&quot;Do patients ever make passes at you?&quot;

She kind of laughed, and replied, &quot;Oh, yeah, once in a while.  They&#039;re usually under the influence of a lot of drugs.?&quot;

Cleverly, I thought, I respond, &quot;Which ones work?&quot;

She laughed and left the room.  Whenever she returned she was smiling.
