When on to “chat” tech support for Carbonite this morning. The guy’s name came up on the chat, along with his location: Lewiston, Maine.
I’ve noticed a trend lately leaning back toward U.S. locations for tech support, but this is the first support site I’ve seen that actually tells you exactly where the guy is.
