Obama is winding down wars that Bush-Cheney started but were afraid to end. We won't need a huge military. When was the last time the US was seriously invaded or threatened with occupation? (Hint: Think 1812.) Obama isn't planning on starting a war with a force much smaller than his military advisors suggest. Why would you even suggest there's a similarity between Obama and Rumsfeld?
