		<description>I know exactly what it is, and apparently one of the people who commented also arrived at the same conclusion as I did.

It&#039;s a video of Venus taken through an optically poor lens (like a home video camera).  You will note it&#039;s not moving when he zooms out, and it shows a crescent (and some astigmatism) when he zooms in, and it is low to the horizon.

I would have been able to prove it if the jerk who took that video had bothered to note the date, time, location, and even a rough estimate of its elevation and azimuth.  

That&#039;s what really pisses me off about these UFO weenies.  They show you the gotcha picture and then they don&#039;t even think of writing down a few pertinent facts so you can eliminate some of the alternate explanations.</description>
