With Bush on the cover, it would just inspire me to read the piece to see what they were going for. That’s pretty much the same response I have to the Obama version.

The article is just one piece in the magazine, by Andrew Sullivan, no less, but the editors are the ones who decide to give it the cover billboard.

On the other hand, someone else pointed out to me that couldn’t possibly be the very best picture of Obama they could have in their files, so maybe it’s a bit more even-handed than I thought.
