I agree with you, the experiments are happening all over the world and the experimenters do not understand the consequences that those experiments can bring.
I consider the radioactive elements that are produced in the construction of nuclear bombs and also used in nuclear power plants as very dangerous chemicals.
It is only a suspicion on my part, but I think that the Aral sea has almost disappeared, not because of anthrax experiments on the island there or the diversion of water from the rivers to cotton fields, but because the lake was (probably) a dumping ground for radioactive waste.

I’m aware of some of the NASA research (Never A Straight Answer). Should we playing god with the atmosphere? My problem is the chemicals they are dumping on the land and sea, and the Tesla technology, because there is NO oversight. We are just a big LABORATORY to some weather scientists trying to keep the grant money flowing. And the “Defense Dept.” has very deep and endless pockets.

Or 510,000,000,0000,0000 square meters. So, if these numbers are correct, then all that is needed is 510,000,000 megawatts of power to increase the temperature of the Earth‘s climate.
The quicker that amount of energy is generated and released into the environment, the quicker the globe will heat up.
493,014 quadrillion BTU of energy was used in the year 2008.

Converting 493,014 quadrillion BTU to 5.202*10^23 Joules, so in 2008 there was 1.445*10^20 W h. of power being used.
To me, that seems like enough power, or energy, usage to increase the globe’s temperature.
Somebody check the math.

The artificial rain making has been around for a long time and new methods are being tested all the time.

The weather changes can be detrimental to the local areas, but it is much worse if the changes are global in nature.
Perhaps the weather experiments have some effect on the global scale, but I think that there is a different reason for the world wide changes that are taking place.

More evaporation than precipitation? I wonder if that is a relatively recent phenomenon. Could it have something to do with the “extra” energy we are distributing into the environment by converting mass into energy trough the nuclear processes?

If you think weathewr geo-engineering is a “conspiracy theory”, then yo need to educate yourself:
These exponentially growing programs have no government or public oversight, limited oversight in a very few states which allow them, and no government or public oversight or consent for the rest of them. These programs change the climate, the micro-climates needed for watersheds, negatively impact tree health, and agriculture crop production.

I’m still not sure if any of you think this is still a conspiracy theory, and actually it SHOULD be over on the Space/Science board but I know Podrock won’t put it there until 2015, when NASA Ames finally brings out the summary of their 10 year results of atmospheric engineering; but high levels of aluminum are now showing up in WHALES, along with public drinking water.

By the time any of you understand or accept this, you’ll already have alzheimers, so it won’t matter.
