A budget is a cooperative venture, don't you think? Taking into consideration of all the people, not one party cramming it down the countries throat? Do you suppose that having 42 members of the Senate, all with memberships in various committees, pledged to block any Obama program has anything to do with it? 42 members, along with Lieberman, who do not care for the country, it's people or having a budget might influence that matter? To Republicans have any responsibility? Of course they do. Will they accept any responsibility? Of course they won't. Never have. Not in war, not in peace. Ain't in 'em.
