The actual statistic is that over 90 percent of all fetuses diagnosed with Down's Syndrome are aborted.

Initially I don't like him alcaray.

He stated that 90% of all abortions are because the fetus has been diagnosed with Down's Syndrome.

He stands against abortions.

Man oh man...where do I begin?

Santorum is rather a loose cannon. He's loose with inflamatory rhetoric, refuses to back down, and has a lot out there which could come back to bite him in the rear. His claim to be an outsider during 16 years in Washington is remarkably disingenuous. His constinuency has to be a bit slow. His disparaging remarks re Obama seem to signal a desperate candidate, and foretell a very dirty campaign. At one of his rallys someone yelled "Obama is a Muslim" and Santorum was asked why he didn't refute that. He said it's not his job to refute things, a contrast with McCain.

In re another Republican, a Christian, Franklin Graham with the Obama "son of Islam" statement is a calculated slur designed to appeal to the ignorant. His father Billy seemed to stay very slightly above partisanship.

A fascinating difference between fundamental, right-wing Christians and Christ is that the fundamentals say that evil is everywhere else. Axis of evil, communism, Muslims, North Korea, etc., all evil.

Christ said that if we eliminated the evil in us there would be no evil, that the other fellow's evil was none of our business, our own is. I wonder how Christians could make such basic mistakes as that.

Big difference. It promises to be a very interesting campaign.
