Sounds like the stuff would be more useful for explosive devices. Or would that break one of the Geneva Conventions, what with the toxic byproducts and all?

Chlorine tri-flouride? It seems to me there’s a lot of free chlorine and flourine when that stuff comes unglued.

I’d go a long ways to avoid free flourine. Had an exposure to bromine one time which made a believer out of me.
