Editorial comment:

The objective for the Democratic Party, of course, is to increase dependence to the point where we all “owe our souls to the company store.” Most Democrats think all of our healthcare should be dependent on the government, implying that the numbers above aren’t anywhere near high enough yet.

Elections would be in the bag for whichever party keeps the wealth redistribution flowing. For a while, until we follow Greece down the hole.
