		<description>Seriously rigged.  It is possible for some people to cancel trades they made that day after hours if they lost.  Or make trades if they went up.  Insider trading is impossible to control.  

There are seriously bright people with seriously smart tools working against the common investor.  If the average schmuck can ride with the big folks for a while he&#039;ll do OK.  Of not, he won&#039;t.  

Your average investor doesn&#039;t really know the price his stock was sold or purchased for.  The agent can buy it themselves and then resell it if the market went up since you placed your order, or buy themselves and tell you it went for a lower amount if the market is falling.

I think one is foolish to put more into the stock market than they would take to Vegas for a weekend.  There are other, far more attractive investments.</description>
