		<description>Interesting article.  Another global recession would really hurt the US recovery right now.  If it happened before Nov it would greatly help the GOP cause. 

On the other hand, even more foreign capital would flow to the safety of the US.  As it has with the EU mess.</description>

		<description>Acres and acres of factory space just waiting for occupancy.  Several hundred acres. That&#039;s what a friend of mine saw when he visited a factory he and a partner had in China.  He described it as a smaller town, nothing extraordinary, with a major city infrastructure including airport.

There were rail facilities, a healthy road structure, and apartments being built.  All waiting for someone to start making something.

He didn&#039;t know who funded or owned it, assumed it was &quot;the government&quot;.  Heckuva investment, all waiting on the come.</description>
