		<description>Construction in office and residential has picked up in recent months here too, but this is kind of an exceptional area, and I don&#039;t know how typical it is.  A housing project that had been frozen for a couple of years is moving again, and some new ones too.  Office buildings are being renovated.

A town center that had been half-built then basically abandoned for a long time is active again, with Nokia renting a key office building.

I don&#039;t know how much of this is increased demand, and how much is loosened credit.  But at least construction people are working.</description>
