Overall approval ratings are muddied by the gun law, but some specifics are called out.

The governor’s approval rating has dropped to 53 – 32. This is still three points higher than Obama’s.

Note that women disapprove of the abortion law by 49 to 44. Five points. Oddly, the disapproval rate for men is 56 to 38. Go figure.

Of course, the original controversy wasn’t about a Virginia law. It was about forcing religious institutions across the United States to provide birth control.

I track the effectiveness of a political attack by how long it stays in the news before they haul something else out.

Nowhere in the ABC story is it implied Zimmerman was Anglo or Republican. And it is possible to be Hispanic and white at the same time. I am.

In fact, his ethnicity is never mentioned, he could have been Jewish as far as the reader is concerned. And there is nothing in the ABC story which has not held up.
The picture may be misleading as to Traynor’s age, there appear to be no flattering recent pictures of Traynor, but that’s not ABC’s fault. I pointed out the obvious disparity between the age of the kid in the pictures and the one who was shot myself when I first commented on the story, and ABC did report his age correctly.

You’re starting to glimpse shadowy movements of evil wraiths in your peripheral vision, TB. Get a grip, there’s already enough paranoia on your side.
