Easter hams. April 3, 2012 3:00 pm bowser

I have thought I’d never have anything to post on this board.  And I do.

Just came from the store.  I was looking at hams, because they are relatively inexpensive this time of year.  One very nice foil wrapped brand, looked good, was one of the more expensive in the bulk displays, said,

“Added ingredients 23% by weight”

Twenty-three percent water or something pumped in.  Didn’t even stay to enhance tenderness or flavor.

Wow.
