I consider Jung a lot more credible than Freud, who's theories on the mind rate alongside the ones of this test.

Mine basically called me a "Manipulative Puppet Master". Ohhh, don't I wish.....

<p>"We don't need no education,</p>
we don't need no thought control.
No dark sarcasm in the classroom.
Teacher, leave those kids alone."

Now that I think about it, this scores almost identically with the "Strong Interest Inventory" and another "Strong" vocational inventory I took 34 years ago. I didn't believe it at the time, and it's been exactly correct.

Slightly amazing, really. The Interest Inventory asks about hobbies, activities, and interests and compares those with the same items of successful architects, teachers, physicians et cetera and so on. Doesn't ask if you like to draw, talk to kids, help humanity and that sort of thing.

I knew it, I knew it.

Tom excuse me for laughing my ass off. That really doesn't sound like you at all, but I warned you, failing to get those spots out of your tee shirts would come back to haunt you.

I remember taking one test in Junior High School whose results came out so inconclusive and contradictory that I was called into the principal's office to explain why I had "wasted everyone's time by not taking the test seriously". I had to get a copy of the test and point out to them the "gotcha questions" that are spread through these things to detect and trap people who are answering the multiple choice questions randomly.

They were more surprised that I was able to identify these tripwire questions and why they were there than by the fact that many of them could be legitimately answered in several different ways, depending on how they were interpreted..

I can definitely see how being an "A" student doesn't depend so much in how you answer a question as in which questions you answer the same way other "A" students did.

I learned something else that day. Professional "educators" don't like it when a 14 year old kid shows them how crappily designed their "evaluation tools" are.
