I’ve been had for a lot less. The problem is that they don’t respect you in the morning. They aren’t interested in your heart, your mind or your soul. They just want to get you down and have their way with you.

It’s hard being a man. Damned if you do, and damned if you don’t. Not respected, used and thrown away, simply an object meant to fulfill the dirty desires of women, made to debase oneself for their filthy, carnal fantasies.

And then you’re a slut. Man-whore. The women? They go through life as if nothing happened, adored as wives, mothers, daughters, sisters when in reality they have selfishly taken advantage of poor males simply struggling for acceptance.

It’s not fair.

I wrote an author who had written a book I liked as a youngster.

Her book was one of the inspirations for a recent book I wrote, and I told her so. She wrote me back a wonderful letter thanking me. She's 85 and still writing.
