I was busy raising babies and helping put my husband through school back then, and I have never watched the news. I read it....but not back then. I figured you guys would now, because you are always reminding me how you have observed, watched, studied Current Events history, (which appears to initially sound like an oxymoron), and you have done so since basically the beginning of TV...
