		<description>It wouldn&#039;t surprise me if they had gotten &#039;new&#039; writers later in the series. If I remember correctly, it started out like an &quot;X-files&quot; with stand-alone episodes. They didn&#039;t do much more than kill monsters and solve mysteries.

But they did it with flare, and our fondness for the characters grew every Friday night. Especially for Walter.</description>
