We were out at the farm working on the instant hot water heater for the one room with loft and huge deck with view building we call the "Little Shack". It's been built to code but without any permits or inspections. It is way, way far away from any public road, in a secluded spot and quite unlikely to be found in either my partner's or my lifetime.

A fellow from whom my partner bought several dressed rabbits drove up. He had been to the "Big Shack" and hadn't found anyone, so on a whim followed a road across a culvert, around a corner and into the woods and chanced upon us working.

He looked around, saw the building, and said,

"Wow. I guess a picture is worth a thousand dollars."
