I met her once, sort of.  

I was at Printer&#039;s Ink in Palo Alto, She was sitting at a table in the cafe, reading a book and drinking a cup.  She was an elegant, beautiful, even stunning middle-aged woman; undyed grey hair in a bob, expensively but conservatively dressed.

Our eyes met briefly, she must have known I recognized her, and she knew I knew. But I had no desire to intrude on her privacy and walked past her with just a nod, not slowing down.  She rewarded me with a lovely smile.</description>
