The first time I ever heard that was when my ship first pulled into Vietnamese waters. The guys in the radio shack would try to pick up AM radio stations on shore, and then pipe the signal through the 1MC speakers to all the berthing spaces so we could catch up on the latest tunes.

After reveille one morning, while we were madly getting dressed for morning muster, that came through from Armed Forces Radio in Saigon. Forty men stopped what they were doing and listened. It was a new tune from the Beatles, and it did not disappoint.

Last night, Sir Paul McCartney started the Olympics in London with “Hey Jude”, and it all came flooding back.

Speaking of infestation…have you ever see the TV program “Infested”? About people who have infestation problems…from ticks to racoons. Gives me the heebie jeebies. I can’t watch it.

Nothing funny about computer infestation. I hate it and I am pissed that I can no longer download anything just to try it out without risking virus or Trojans, Ha, Trojans, condom, and I wasn’t even trying for that.

Anyway, ER’s post reminded me of Robbie the Robot, Danger, Danger, Will Robinson.

Frank, did you have a link to another site embesdded in your post? Did you have a URL there that you have since edited out?

A few minutes ago I opened your post “What are you Listening To?” And I THINK I clicked on a URL. (I can’t say for sure, everything happened so fast.) I immediately got all sorts of messages from my anti-virus software, and for the last few minutes I have been scanning my system with Malwarebytes and MSE. Nothing bad turned up, but I just thought I’d pass that on. Jody, it probably wouldn’t hurt if you did a routine scan as well.

I listen to whatever my granddaughter listens to because it allows me to have something in common with her and it is not bad. Very upbeat and I love watching her cavort all over the house dancing. I am concerned about some of the videos. They are extremely suggestive. My daughter thinks I am a stick in the mud with my concerns.
