With money, the only way to demonstrate they are serious. Because at the bottom this is about personal freedom and the UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION. Nowhere in the constitution does it say I can't deposit my trash on a road. Nowhere. At all. If one is a Conservative, or Libertarian, seriously, not just a talker, they will send more money than they can afford to me. Meanwhile, I'm headed up into the prayer tower, looking for the mailman and his trucks with those seeds of faith. Our Conservatives wouldn't be just jabber, would they? For the Liberals I'm setting up a fund to hire attorneys to force local DAs to prosecute me. Because they don't want to. They need a way to get rid of things while they are travelling, too, such as used condoms, envelopes with dollar amounts marked on them, that sort of thing. This is a winner.
