New season of Fringe. Saw "Loopers" October 3, 2012 9:33 am RobVG

Fringe has turned a little dark with a future ruled by evil ‘observers’. They’re doing a little terraforming pumping CO into the atmosphere to make it easier for them to breath. Can’t figure out if they’re from the future, another universe or another planet. Thought it was the future. There was a big tip of the hat to Bladerunner in the way of a black market scene including a Japanese woman. Remember the TV billboard display in BR?

Loopers- a good rental. Unexpected ending for me. Bruce Willis plays Bruce Willis. The premise is totally bogus but you soon forget it. Nice play on time travel- most likely borrowed from other stories.
