He was throwing around the Microsoft name but when I asked the name of his company he clearly said Global Technical Support. I asked for a number but it was a fake. I even let them take over my computer. They found thousands of errors, then tried to sell me a program for cleaning them. The only clue it wasn't D-Link was that they answered immediately.
