This man who is paid enormous sums and respected widely by the Tea Party types turns his vitriol on a Republican Governor who had the temerity to put politics aside and work with the federal government to help his state endure a disaster.

For Conservatives there is no excuse for cooperating with a Democrat.  It’s politics above everything, including the welfare of ones state, city, neighbors and families.  That’s fanaticism, that’s anti-American. There are times when we need to come together, to work for the common good, to be Americans, to be neighbors, to help one another regardless of any other considerations.  Conservatives do not understand that.

Conservatives pay Limbaugh to say what they want to say but don’t have the guts.  Despite the inevitable denials, that’s the function Limbaugh is paid so well to perform.  Say what the rank and file don’t have to courage to.  And it’s not pretty, or flattering, as he pees on the two or three of those “thousand points of light” which were left.
