		<description>Are you saying that the views and decisions of the (not so well educated) masses can be easily controlled by the information that the media gives to them?  (More money can buy more votes?)

What information do people use in their decision to elect a leader?  Do they make their decision on past actions and performance of the person or do they rely on how the media or their friends bias the information?
